How long does implementation normally take?

Our goal is to deliver value quickly.
Because our platform is pre-configured for supply chain data, a standard implementation is significantly faster than, for example, a traditional BI project.
Typically, our customers can see their own data in the platform and gain the first insights within 4–8 weeks from project start.

 

What resources does it require of our IT-department?

Minimal resources.
 
Our consultant team handles 95% of the technical setup.
 
The only thing we typically need from your IT department is assistance in establishing the initial, secure access to your data systems (for example, your ERP system).
 
After setup, the platform runs independently and does not require ongoing maintenance from your side.

 

Who owns the data submitted to the platform?

You do, 100%.

Your data is and remains your property.
 
Inact acts as a data processor and only processes your data to deliver the agreed-upon insights.
 
We comply with all GDPR regulations, and our platform is built on Microsoft Azure.

 

We are about to switch ERP systems. Shouldn't we wait to implement Inact then?

We transfer data via flat files in the form of CSV files that are exported from the ERP system to an FTP server, where we retrieve them.
 
This means that there are no complex API integrations that need to be maintained or adapted when switching ERP systems.
 
It is easy to move Inact from one ERP system to another, and the solution can simultaneously clean up obsolete data and raise data quality before a future ERP change.
