Download the file
Extract the zip file
- Locate the downloaded .zip file, Inact_Analyzer_Windows.
- Right-click the file and select “Extract All…”
- Follow the wizard and choose where to save the extracted files (you can use the default folder).
- Click “Extract.”
Start the installation

Once the files are extracted, open the folder and double-click the installer file – it’s named analyzer-amd64-installer-vXX.XX.X.exe
Windows warning – Blue security message
- Your PC may show a blue warning box saying: “Windows protected your PC”
- Click “More info” at the bottom of the box.
- Then click “Run anyway.”

Follow the steps in the installation wizard to install Inact Analyzer.
Once the installation is complete, you can launch the program from the desktop or via the Start menu.

Bypassing MacOS Security Warning for Unidentified Developer
MacOS may display a message indicating that the app is from an unidentified developer:
“Inact Analyzer cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.”
Here’s how to fix it:
- Go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy
- Scroll to the bottom
- Click the “Open Anyway” button next to the message about Inact Analyzer
- Confirm by clicking “Open”
